Landmark Showcase Artist Preview @ Le
National, June 28
After our audition showcase events at Alizé, we selected some fantastic artists to move on to the next round at Le National. As a way to introduce them, here is a preview of the variety of upcoming artists that will be featured on the bill. Check out their music and get prepared to come out to the Le National on June 28!
Stained Glass Army
One of our featured artists, who won our Toronto Showcase Festival. This alternative rock band from Elmira, Ontario packs an alternative punch with plenty of attitude to back it up. Eagle I Stallian

Empty Yellers
Contrary to their name, the Empty Yellers are full of musical talent. The band consists of male and female musicians, strapped with guitars, bass, and heavy banging on the drums. ALCH3MY

DistortHead

Walking Motionless

Vinyl Hero
If you’ve been around the Montreal rock scene, you’ve definitely heard of Vinyl Hero. After a few mixes in their band lineup, these guys performed a set like never before at Alizé. We can only expect a consistent performance at Le National. https://www.facebook.com/VinylHero
The Wastelanders
Folk Indie group from St. Jerome has sweet songs to dance along to. The impressive story telling lyrics are backed by an entire gang of acoustic, banjo and bass players. Fresh

After listening to Tricia Fitz, you’ll want to turn it up! Her vocals are just as heart-warming as her smile. This Brazilian born talent currently resides in Montreal and performs original works with her acoustic, as well as her excellent bass player! She is a dedicated singer, who has been a prominent force involved the Montreal music scene. This rock sensation incorporates styles such as folk, grunge, and indie into her original compositions.
