Landmark Events signs Montreal's sassy
girl band The Empty Yellers to management

The Empty Yellers, a fierce and young all-female rock-band from Montreal took away the top spot at the Landmark Events 2014 Showcase Festival series at Club Soda, among 15 others artists and bands.
The Empty Yellers have only been together for a little over a year, and are already writing catchy songs, and seducing crowds in Canada. One of their music grants as top performers, was to play at the LME Showcase Festival in Toronto at the Mod Club, where they blew everyone's socks off. During their second track, you saw an army of people just migrate
closer to the stage to get in closer on the action. Celina (lead singer) really grabbed their attention with her sultry and powerful voice.

"They really knock your socks off... it's unexpected, and pretty awesome. I was totally impressed by them the first time they played our preliminary round at Alizé, but I knew there was something special about them right away. I was at the Toronto show as well, and was speaking with the A&R at Warner Music Canada, and he told me 'they are the true definition of Montreal - I love it'. I couldn't agree with him more. These girls have the personality, the music and the drive to make it. I believe in them 100%. It's refreshing to see a hot new raw girl-band out there! ", Marketing Director of LME Jennifer states.
The owner of LME, Arthur Kalimidis stated, "it's not only their music that is catchy, but their persona is really what engages people as well. Many industry reps who have come to our show to judge the events took a keen interest in them, which is not surprising! We knew these girls had great potential, and we were happy to sign them to management and be a part of their musical beginnings as artists".
Right now, The Empty Yellers are focusing on doing more shows, working on their first EP, and have plans on releasing music this year.
Stay tuned for more developments!
